Students from Abbotsford Senior Secondary’s Girls’ Basketball Team shared their experiences about their exciting season after clinching the AAA Provincial Championship on March 4, 2023 for the second time in four years.
The Ministry of Children and Family Development delivered a presentation about the partnership MCFD has with the district as well as how they work to support families within the Abbotsford community.
Superintendent Godden provided the Board with an update regarding the Strategic Plan. An updated timeline was shared in relation to how we will gather feedback from staff, parents, and students in the coming weeks.

A recommendation was put forward THAT the Board of Education approve the list of school fees and deposits for the 2023-24 school year as presented.

Secretary-Treasurer Velestuk provided the Board of Education with information about the new Feeding Futures School Food Programs Fund.
A recommendation was put forward THAT the Board of Education approve having all three readings of the Capital Plan Bylaw No. 2023/24-CPSD34-01 in this one meeting.
Trustee Wilson provided the Board of Education with an update on the progress of the field naming committee.
